The Bottom Line!!.....The Bottom Line!!!.....The Bottom Line!!!

Hiyas Everyone!!
When I was 11 years old my best friend and next door neighbor moved away. I was pretty upset about it. Then, to top it all off, a new family moved in with this girl my age who thought she was "all that." I thought she was totally obnoxious and the feeling was mutual... it was an instant hate-hate relationship. We argued, fought and feuded for a long time. Eventually, a grudging respect was built, then slowly a friendship that has lasted to this day. Now, I am closer to Angie than I am to my own sister...but that's another story. As close as we are, we still disagree on things at times...which is exactly as it should be. Just because we disagree, that never changes how we feel towards each other..no matter how long it is we don't talk !! That brings me to the point of all of this. We have many diverse personalities at WOW. Given the focal point of WOW, fem fighting in different forms, there are many strong minded women as well. This is certainly not a bad thing but it does lead to clashes at times. What is a bad thing is when people take these disagreements personally or take them to a personal level. Friends should be able to disagree in a sane, rational manner without a lot of drama. How boring would WOW be, if everyone always felt the same way about everything and no one ever raised a voice of dissension?? Dissenting opinions in any society, no matter how large or small, are a good thing. They spur debate, help create change and generally keep people on their toes. Even a little drama occasionally isn't totally bad and helps to liven up a dull night. What there is absolutely no place for is personal attacks, there is nothing positive to be gained from them. Now..lets have a big group hug, sing Kumbiya then make some s'mores!!! Ok...forget the hug and the song...but the s'mores...mmmmmmmm!!!

Quick kudos to all the new champs created by the latest tournament. I wish you all luck and hope your reigns are successful. The same to the WOW board for a successful first third of the tournament.
